Diode Dynamics SS3 Sport LED Ditch Lights Installation - 2023 Toyota Tacoma- Video
Hello neighbor, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the Diode Dynamics Stage Series Backlit Ditch Kit, specifically for 2016 to 2023 Toyota Tacomas. Now as far as light configurations, there's a few different options available, today, we have the SS3 Sports in yellow. This kit is going to allow you to mount up ditch lights on your Tacoma using the factory hood hinge spots. The bracket is really well designed and it's all made out of stainless steel, so it's gonna hold up long term on the elements and there's no clearance issues when you open up the hood or close it. It's gonna work with your SS3 like we have here today or your SSC2s. Now from there, there are quite a few different light configurations you can look at, whether it be for color or if you need to go to a brighter light, you can look at the Pro, where we have the Sport, which is still tons of light that it outputs. more

Instructor Hi there motor home owners. Today on your 2008 Tiffin Allegro, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install MaxxTow's Light Bar. This 60 LED, 180 watt, 31 and a half inch light bar is gonna provide plenty of light out in the front of your motor home here, if you install it in the front. Some people also like to install them on the sides and at the rear of their motor home to use them as lights at their campsite. The LEDs that are on here do have multiple styles, you've got flood and spotlights on them. So that way you get a nice wide spread with your flood lights and the spotlights that are on there protrude very far so you can see a long distance as well. more

There's going to be an extra light bar that you can use to give yourself more light when out on the trails with your new 19 Polaris Ranger. Here's a quick comparison about how much light this maxxtow light is actually going to give you. Here's our low beams on our Polaris Ranger, our high beams, and then the new light bar.The garage what we have here is about 15 to 20 feet away and you can see the yellowish color that our halogen lights are giving off on our side-by-side. But when we turn on that pure white light from our maxxtow light, you can see it not only makes it a lot clear but you can see much higher up on the garage door giving you more visibility when you're out on the trails. more

Today on our 2013 Volkswagen Jetta, we're gonna take a look at it and show how to install the EVO Formance Spectras H7 Halogen Headlight Bulbs. Now as you can see between our factory style light and our new Spectra light, we have a world of difference. This is gonna be a much cleaner, brighter light than what we're getting out of our standard yellow light and by looking at the front of the car, it gives it a nice updated look rather than the yellowish light that we're kind of used to seeing this other side. It makes the car look maybe a little bit newer or fresher. Now one thing I'd like you to make note of, the outer light that we replaced, that the low beam light. Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Polaris Ranger, we're going to take a look at and showing you how to install the MaxxTow two row off road light bar. Part number MT80634.So here are our headlights, and here it is with our MaxxTow light bar. With the light off, you can see that we're going to have a two row light bar. Each one is going to have 40 LEDs that are going to be three watts a piece. And the LEDs inside are going to have a 30,000 hour lifespan.And as you can see over here on the side, these are going to be your flood LEDs. CIPA EVO Formance Spectras H11 Halogen Bulbs Installation - 2008 GMC Acadia- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2008 GMC Acadia we're going to be replacing the head lamp bulbs with the CIPA EVO H11 halogen bulbs, part number CM93387.Here you can see we've got one of the old bulbs installed on the right, and the new bulb installed on the left. You can see it's got a much clearer, cooler blue color. With both of them installed, your vehicle will have a custom look with the cool blue color, that will meet or exceed OEM brightness levels. Vision X Xmitter Off Road Light Bar Installation - 1999 Hummer H1- Video
Today on our 1999 Hummer H1 we will be installing the 12" Long Vision X Xmitter Low-Pro Prime Xtreme Off Road Light Bar, part number XIL-LPX940. In conjunction with our install we will also be using the Vision X Mounting Brackets, part number XIL-B125 and some Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connectors, part number DW05744-5. The first step to getting our new Vision X lights installed is we need to get our brackets mounted first, so you need to remove the four bolts underneath to get it looking like this. Then we can take the top portion of our bracket, we'll take our included hardware, we're going to run our bolt down through like this, turn it over, put the washer on, and then we're going to get that lock nut started. Then we'll take the bracket, we're going to put it in the notched portion of the light like this, that way we can slide it to either side like this. I'm going to position mine right about there and then we can tighten that down. more

Vision X Xmitter LoPro Prime Off Road Light Bar Installation - 1999 Hummer H1- Video
Today, on our 1999 Hummer H1, we're going to install and take a look at the Vision X Xmitter off-road light bar. That's 195 watts, and 50 inches long, part number XIL-LPX3910. To mount our Vision X light bar, we're going to be using two set of the Vision X mounting brackets for the Vision X Xmitter lights and Evo prime light bars, part number XIL-B125. For most applications, these lights are a plug-and-play, if you get the Vision X wiring harness. That part number is P-HARNESSXIL, and that's for a single Vision X light. For this application today, we're actually going to be hard-wiring the lights into the vehicle since it already has factory toggle switches installed. The Vision X off-road light bar features a low-profile LED design that provides bright, focused light. more

Putco Nite Lux LED Headlight Bulb Upgrade Kit Installation - 2009 Toyota Prius- Video

First, let's take a look and see what our previously installed headlights look like. Today on our 2010 Freightliner Sprinter we'll be installing the Putco Nite-Lux headlight bulb upgrade kit for halogen to LED, white in color, part number P270007. First let's go ahead and take a look at the old or manufacturer's headlight and the brightness from them. Now we'll go ahead and look at the new Putco Nite-Lux headlights. As you can see, they're brighter and have a whiter look to them for more driver awareness. These are the premium Cree LEDs that offer 2,500 lumens of light and have a lifespan of 50,000 hours each. Being 40% smaller than other bulbs, it will easily fit into tight spaces. more

Today on our 2008 Chevy Silverado, well be installing the Putco Pure High Performance Halogen Light Bulb for the high beam, part number P239005NB. To start, were going to go ahead and show you what the old or manufacturers high beams look like. Then well go ahead and replace both bulbs. Starting here on the passenger side, were now ready to start replacing the high beam bulb. Well need to remove the air box so that we can gain access to the low beam bulb. First, well remove the clamp that secures the intake tube to the air box. Because this air box has already been previously removed, we can simply pop it out of its place and set it aside. more

Westin Off-Road Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F-150, we'll be installing the Westin Off Road Driving Lights, part number 09-0505. We're going to mount these on the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard that has already been installed on the truck. To begin our install, our grille guard has mounting points for the lights already. We'll go ahead and locate the attachment points and remove the rubber plugs. Now to secure the light to the bar, the stud will go down through the light bar, then we'll install a flat washer, a split lock washer and secure with a nut. Let's go ahead and set out light in place and then we'll install our hardware. There's our flat washer, our split lock washer and then the nut. With our hardware finger tight, we'll make any necessary adjustments to the light and then tighten it down. more

Carr Light Wing Off-Road Light Mounting System Installation - 2010 Nissan Titan- Video
Today on our 2010 Nissan Titan well be installing the Carr Light Wing off-road light mounting system, part number: CARR167301.Now, the first step to installing the light mount is to find the center of the bumper. On our Nissan, were going to go to the center section of the bumper, measure across to find the center and then well mark it. Just use our tape measure and run it across the center section of the bumper.Next, well take a marker and mark the center point. With our center point marked we now want to take our light mount, line it up with the center of the car and determine the height that we want to put our light mount at. Well just use the center mounting hole, find our center mark and work straight down. Until were at the height that we want.Once there well mark our center again, double check our measurement and get ready to drill. more

CIPA EVO H13 Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation - 2008 Mercury Mariner- Video
Today on our 2008 Mercury Mariner, we'll be installing the CIPA Evo Formance Spectras H13 halogen headlight bulbs in the ultra-white color, part number CM93419. The kit includes two bulbs of the H13 style, as well as two bulbs of the T10 wedge design. It also comes with a 30-day warranty. We're going to go ahead and turn the headlights on and show you what our headlights look like with the factory headlights installed. As you can see, they're kind of a yellowish and almost dim color, but we'll fix that problem after we install our new CIPA halogen headlight bulbs. To begin with, we'll need to go ahead and raise the hood of the vehicle. more

Optronics Off Road Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the optronics 6-inch round, 100 watt halogen off-road lights. Part number MH100W. We will also be using the Optronics relay wiring kit, part number A-720. Our first step will be mounting the lights. Because the design of our light bulb we'll not be able to use the manufactures lower, rubber or metal washers. We're going to replace that with a 1/2-inch plat washer and then secure it with the manufacturer's split lock washer and nut. more

Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the Westin driving lights. Part number 09-0205. On this vehicle we'll be installing the lights onto the Western light bar, part number 37-02015. We'll be installing four lights in total. Let's go ahead and mount our lights first. To mount the light, we'll simply remove the nut and lock washer, install the light on the light bar and then reinstall the lock washer and then the nut and then tighten them down. more

Putco Nitro Blue Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation- Video
Today we are going to be installing the Putco Nitro Blue Halogen Bulb, part number P239006NB, on a 2002 GMC Envoy. The first step in installing the new halogen will be taking out the headlight assembly. What you want to do is pull up on these two metal tabs. Then, you have to move it back and forth. Just rock it a little bit to pull the assembly out. We have pulled back the headlight assembly but we can not fully pull it out until we disconnect the wires. So we are going to go ahead and do it with the lift side first with this headlight. And this will be the only part that you actually need a tool for. And it is just taking a screw driver and putting it under this tab and pushing up, which releases the pin so you can pull it back with the other hand. That way, you can pull back the headlight, giving you a little bit more working room. 1:00 more
